I've tried a bunch, even other niggtshift products, even this product but last years blend; this 2026 kbg/tttf blend finally got my grass looking the way I've imagined in my head. This is the good stuff this year!

So far it looks great! The TTTF sprouted right on cue.. im about near the 3 week mark so excited to see how the little bit of KBG comes in.

I’m extremely pleased with my experience so far with the grass seed I purchased from Lawn Life.
When the seed arrived, my lawn was already prepped and ready for my fall overseeding. I immediately began the pre-germination process, and I was excited to see clear signs of germination in just 5 days. Based on the timing, I suspect the early germination is coming primarily from the Tall Fescue (TTTF) rather than the Kentucky Bluegrass (KBG), which I expect to take a little longer.
So far, the seed has given me plenty of reason to be excited about this fall’s results. I’m looking forward to seeing how this elite seed blend establishes and, ultimately, how much better my lawn looks once everything fills in.

I read a ton of articles and watched videos on you tube about fall overseeing leading up to me actually doing it, I dethached, seeded, and laid peet moss over my entire lawn. I'm at day 9 after seeding and I've got baby grass sprouting everywhere. Im honestly surprised at how fast the grass is growing. I hope it becomes fully established before it snows or freezes is my hope for this year.
