Application Instructions

Rate: 3.5 lbs per 1,000 sq. ft.
Frequency: Apply at the time of seeding or overseeding OR after first mow of new seeding project.
Watering: Water immediately after application for best results.
Avoid Application: If heavy rain is expected within 24 hours.

Spreader Settings

For best results, apply using a calibrated spreader at the recommended settings:

• Scotts Broadcast (Turf Builder EdgeGuard DLX, Elite, or Mini): Setting 3.5

• Lesco Rotary (80 lb. or 100 lb.): Setting 12

• Earthway Rotary (2050, 2600A, 2750, 3100, etc.): Setting 14

• Spyker Rotary (P20-5010, P40-5020, P70-12010, etc.): Setting 3.2

• Scotts Drop (AccuGreen 1000, 2000, 3000): Setting 8

Note: These settings are a guide. Always calibrate your spreader based on your walking speed and equipment condition.

❌ In states where phosphorus application is restricted, use only if establishing new turf or if a soil test indicates phosphorus deficiency.
