Great seed love the dark green color, fast germination in 6 days

The grass germinated fast in 5 days but not getting the lush grow out that I expected after the 2 weeks following, in what are ideal conditions of a complete sod removal, 4” of premium tilled top soil, re seeding of light spots, watering 3xs day to keep soil/seed moist. Ended up slit seeding with a commercial rental, to try to fill in on a third attempt at week 3 Hopefully that will bring it up better.

Great perennial ryegrass. Recently did a full lawn renovation and the grass is now growing in. About two weeks since seeding, and the lawn has a dark green foundation even when the seedlings are far from fully developed. Once the lawn is fully grown in and the grass is mature I plan to send in some photos

This stuff is insane it made my lawn so dark that it looks like it came from another world with fertilizer.

Fall overseed with some decent bare patches filled in really well. Was seeing germination on day 5, eastern Washington.

This stuff looks great. I am pleasantly surprised at how well it has blended in. We overseeded our yard in Central Illinois with aeration and seeding, and seeded other areas that had been bare. It has filled in really nicely. My yard is looking great. And a nice dark green color.

Haven’t seen a significant change but it’s only been 3 weeks after dethatching & reseeding🤷🏼♀️

It germinated in 4-5 days and is starting to turn dark green in about 12 days. I'm amazed at the quality of the seed. I highly recommend if you are looking for a fast germinating premium seed.

This is Elite Grass seed! Germinates within 5 days, darkens as it matures. Makes for great stripes. What more could you ask for?

The bag showed up. 5 stars for the delivery. Hopefull it grows. I dumed the hole bag on 1200 sqft lol and covered it with compost.

I live in central new jersey, last week of September I killed off the tall fescue and seeded with Dark:30. 3 days later seed started to germinate. November 18th, Ive mowed 3 times. Full beuatiful super dark green lawn. INSANE results. Ordered more Dark:30 for spring reno in back yard. Cant wait.

Yes i love it dark green in color catches your eye specially after cutting the grass has a beautiful glow to the Kentucky bluegrass. I'm going to order more for the backyard.
