I put it down as an over seed over Labor Day weekend. It took 8 or 9 days to germinate to where I could see baby sprouts. As of today, 13 days after planting the sprouts are an 1 1/2” tall so looks to be growing well. I’m hoping for a thicker lawn combining the TYTF with existing Kentucky blue grass/ perennial rye grass blend from Lawn Life that I put down last fall. I’ll be able to give a better assessment of the TTTF later in the fall.

Germination in 5 days! Great color, and super fast delivery!!!

I ran an experiment. I over seeded and patched with this seed 5 days ago in my front yard and I overseeded and patched with a “cheaper” brand in my backyard at the same time.

I have been consistently watering and keeping the ground damp to promote germination.

After 5 days, the front yard shows no growth. The backyard has been taking off.

Draw your own conclusions. I will report back in a week.

Everything came fast and in great shape from shipping. Lawn is reseeded and I cannot wait for the tttf to germinate. Will post pictures soon as I get some !

Hello,
I used it and was disappointed that I saw no change in my lawn. I know that there are a lot of variables that contribute to the results. So I will try again but not sure if my sandy soil is contributing.

So far so good. Threw the seed down and jist threw a little peat moss on top and watered. Seems to be growing in nicely.
